For Chinese, we usually wish others Gong Xi Fa Cai (in mandarin) during the Lunar New Year. This translates to “Congratulations on Your Prosperity”.
For this year, I don’t only want to wish you Gong Xi Fa Cai, but I hope to be able to contribute into making “Fa Cai” (Prosperity) a reality for you.
I sincerely request you to spend some time to think about the points below:
Strategies For Your Business
Is unpredictable scary? No! All we need to do is to handle it tactically.
Let’s start.
If the year is unpredictable, I can see it can only go 3 directions:
- Maintain as usual, not much changes
- Getting lesser business – slower times
- Getting more business than expected
For both point 1 and 2:
Since we acknowledge that this year will be a slower one,
why not take advantage of the slower times to prepare
for the better times?
Addition to that, you can increase sales by improving
marketing efforts and better customer service.
To do that, you need to free up HR man-hours
(not to mention your own time) and reduce costs
by optimizing your current operations.
For point 3:
Do you think that without an efficient system,
your operations can cope with the workload?
In summary:
There is no right or wrong time in systemizing, improving and growing your company.
The success formula for business is to beat time, just like Olympics.
Why? Since you are paying your overheads every month,
if you can squeeze more juice out every month means you’re doing better.
Think about this…
If you can make 1 Million in 10 years, then is there a possibility to shrink that to 1 year?
You make the year predictable for your company!
This is my gift to you for the New Year 🙂
